We are equipped with chromatography and mass spectrometry based state-of-the-art technologies for proteomics and metabolomics, personalized experimental design consultation and comprehensive, individualized bioinformatics support.

Bioinformatics

We house a high performance Linux compute cluster dedicated to Life Sciences research. In total, the compute cluster has approximately 350CPU cores, 1TB of RAM, and 400TB of central SAS RAID 6 zfs disk storage.

High quality greenhouse with over 75 bays, computer environmental controls, High Intensity Discharge (HID) lights or Light Emitting Diode (LED) lights, evaporative cooling pads, and the professional support to maintain them.
