Macromolecular Crystallography Laboratory

Protein crystallography is a powerful technique that reveals the atomic details of protein structure and function.

Macromolecular Crystallography Laboratory (MCL) was established in 2003 on the University of Nebraska campus to facilitate the use of protein crystallography by Life Sciences Researchers. In 2008, the MCL was relocated to the George W. Beadle Center and is now under the joint direction of Dr. Joe Barycki and Dr. Mark Wilson. Interested researchers are welcome to contact us about their structural projects.
