Advising

Advising in the College of Arts & Sciences is done through a centralized office.
College of Arts & Sciences Advising Center
107 Oldfather Hall
(402) 472-4190

For the College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences, much of the required information can be found Advising Overview webpage. Students are encouraged to work with the advisor for their given major.

Once you have declared your major as Biochemistry, we recommend that you meet with our primary academic advisor, who will be able to give you specialized guidance in your course selections.

In addition, many of our students are in pre-health sciences career paths. There are several clubs, such as NU Meds, pre-Pharmacy Club or pre-Dental Club, that specifically bring together students with common career goals in these areas. Please visit the Student Organization and Activity Resources homepage for more information about these and other campus groups.
